Considered planning. Clearer decisions.
Every home and site is different. The right pool design begins with understanding your goals, your property and how you want to use your outdoor space.
Our process brings together consultation, design direction and practical project preparation, with specialist concrete pool construction delivered alongside Ibiza Lifestyle Pools when the project is ready.
FOUR KEY STAGES
A clear approach from the beginning.
Let's talk
Tell us about your property, your ideas and how you imagine using your pool and outdoor area. We discuss your priorities, indicative budget and where you are in the planning process.
Shape the concept
Explore a pool layout shaped around your home's architecture, available space, access and lifestyle. We consider pool form, finishes and the relationship to your outdoor living areas.
Prepare the project
Consider practical site requirements, design decisions, documentation and any engineering or approvals that may be needed. Requirements vary by site and are confirmed during planning.
Move towards construction
When your project is ready to build, we work alongside Ibiza Lifestyle Pools for specialist concrete pool construction. Construction scope, pricing and timing are confirmed separately.
DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
Design with Waterhaus. Build with Ibiza.
Waterhaus focuses on the early stages of your pool journey: consultation, custom design, outdoor planning and project preparation. Ibiza Lifestyle Pools is our specialist concrete pool construction partner when a project is ready to be built.
This separation keeps the focus on thoughtful planning while giving you a pathway to specialist construction.
